Oh men i was getting busy with school work! but I got some spare time today and started a bit old habit!!

Oh men the beaches there were so prettier than I remember! :) I miss the sun and the heavy waves right now!

I went to Kandy the second most biggest city by train! O.o this picture should rotate to the left, but anyways it was a fun journey by the train called "udarata manike"

Then yeah obviously I was there in June and went to see "Kandy perahara", one of the most colourful events with firecrackers, dancers and dressed up elephants. ( even in the picture you can see the blue bulbs dress was on the elephant)

The night time at colombo is cool! You never know what is coming up~ So I happen to go out with a friend and saw this musical show at gall face beach and guess who? It was one of my favourite sl singers "Chinthi" and also that night I saw "Centigratz" one of the popular groups there.

Yeyyy~

I ate so many dishes and tried "cheese koththu" which was a new one (thumbs up for that one on Uncle sam's kitchen) and for the whole 3 and half months there I became fat by eating those!

And went to movies~~ The best theatre there is called "Savoy" the tickets were cheaper than others and the screen was also bigger! :P And we watched Ice Age 4, It was one of my friends b'day and I made her go on a date for movies! :)

My next stop is join to be the zoo where I saw

as always fascinated by the beauty of the peacock

I am not sure about the name but I have seen this bird coming to my house when I was a child and living in Danovita, Sri Lanka

Zebras, with their pretty skin, you only can see zebras in Sri Lanka in the zoo!! 

And a white tiger!!!! yeyyy! 

We had to go through rough path with all these rocks to get to "dunhinda ella" 

And we figured out it worth all that trouble of getting their with literally being monkeys using 4 legs! :) It was an exciting and an enjoyable journey! :) 

and we got back by train and I tried to capture one of those beautiful sceneries the way back from Badulla! 

and for the first time went to watch a cricket match alive, but hardly watched the match and time just flied!! 

Went to Bellanwilla temple. Always like to lightened the lamps~ 

This is what I told one of my friends today "I am awsome COz I am going to sri lanka for the summer" , things I would do there "eat, Eat, EAt and EAT"!!!

things you should do.....

1.  scuba diving, surfing and so many other fun stuff in the sea

Scuba diving in the season of April to October in Trincomalee on the Northeast coast and from November to April in Hikkaduwa

2. Feeding elephants, going rides on them

3. Visiting hill country

4. Sports such as golf, racing 

5. Visit to see the temple of Budhdha tooth relic

(visit there in the noon and at night time near the lake this place looks so pretty)

6.  Visit "Anuradhapura", remains of old palaces and temples which are more than 1500 years old!

7. there are so many more exciting things such as visit Peradeniya botnical garden, attend Kandy perahara, and so many things to do during the times you visiting!!
